About Elyse Holder

Elyse is a physician associate with more than ten years of patient care experience. A New England native, she received her master’s degree from the Yale School of Medicine Physician Associate Program in 2015. She has a lifelong passion for women’s health and believes women should feel supported and confident in meeting their preventive care needs.

With a breadth of experience in both plastic surgery and neonatal–perinatal medicine, Elyse has shifted her practice focus to breast surgery, benign breast conditions, and breast cancer risk management alongside Dr. Rong Tang. She strives to incorporate a holistic, whole-lifestyle approach to women’s health and cancer prevention for her patients.

Elyse welcomes the opportunity to provide essential health care to her community and is proud to serve patients who, like her, call the Seacoast and southern New Hampshire home.
