In addition, you become part of a “Network of Caring” healthcare delivery system, which has one primary focus: your good health.
At the heart of Core’s integrated delivery system is an electronic medical record (EMR), which is a critical component to providing efficient, coordinated, safe and high-quality care. Multiple care providers, in different locations, can simultaneously and securely view a patient's medical record to obtain up-to-date information. This collaboration enables care providers to work more efficiently in managing your health care needs.
