Treatment for Back and Neck Pain

The Spine Care Program at Core Physicians is dedicated to the comprehensive and conservative non-surgical treatment of back and neck problems with the ultimate goal of returning patients to their optimal level of function.

Our spine care team includes physiatrists who collaborate with experts from a variety of specialties, including: neurosurgery, orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology, rheumatology, acupuncture and radiology.

We also offer support services from spine specialists in physical and occupational therapy at Exeter Hospital, along with fitness, exercise and nutrition specialists. The spine care team provides a high level of care coordination and communication between all the providers and caregivers assign to your care.

When conservative treatment is no longer an option, the spine care team provides comprehensive neurosurgical intervention through collaboration with the New Hampshire Neurospine Institute. Consultations are available onsite at the Center for Orthopedics & Movement.

The services provided by the Spine Care Program are appropriate for anyone who suffers from back and neck related pain or discomfort which interferes with work, recreation, daily living or the overall enjoyment of life.
