At Core Physicians, we believe financial concerns should never prevent you from receiving the care you need. That’s why we offer a Financial Assistance Program for patients who meet specific geographic and financial criteria.
How It Works
Patients who wish to apply must complete a Financial Assistance Application so we can determine eligibility. Our billing specialists are here to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
If approved, financial assistance can help reduce or eliminate the portion of your medical bill for which you are responsible.
