Personalized Breast Health Support
At Core Physicians, we are dedicated to protecting your health at every stage of life. Through our close collaboration with Exeter Hospital’s nationally recognized Center for Breast Health, we offer comprehensive Breast Health and High-Risk Breast Health Programs.
Our team provides personalized care, advanced screening for early detection and compassionate guidance — so you can feel confident, supported and focused on what matters most.
Services We Offer
We offer 3D mammography (breast tomosynthesis) at our Exeter and Plaistow locations for breast cancer screening. This state-of-the-art technology provides one of the most accurate methods for early detection of breast cancer. To schedule a mammogram, call 603-580-6966 or text 603-605-1840.
For cases where a mammogram requires further evaluation or for patients at higher risk, we provide breast ultrasound and MRI. These imaging tools help distinguish between fluid-filled and solid areas, detect abnormalities and guide additional diagnostics.
If a breast biopsy is needed, our radiologists collaborate closely with you, your primary care provider and surgical specialists to choose the most accurate and least invasive procedure.
For patients requiring high-risk care due to factors such as family history or genetic predisposition, we offer enhanced screening, personalized risk assessments, genetic counseling, and tailored follow-up plans to proactively manage breast health.
Core Physicians, in partnership with Exeter Hospital’s Center for Breast Health, offers a full spectrum of breast cancer surgical options tailored to each patient. Our affiliated breast surgeons work within a multidisciplinary framework that includes input from medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, plastic surgeons, and breast care specialists to create personalized treatment plans.
Surgical options include breast-conserving lumpectomy, mastectomy (with implant or muscle-based reconstruction), sentinel lymph node biopsy, and when feasible, Hidden Scar breast cancer surgery for more discreet incisions that preserve appearance. Through Exeter’s Multidisciplinary Breast Clinic, newly diagnosed patients can meet with the full care team in a single session to review alternatives and plan treatment — helping reduce anxiety and ensure coordinated care.
Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Care
Our coordinated team includes fellowship-trained breast surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, plastic surgeons for reconstructive surgery, nurses, patient navigators, dietitians, social workers, physical therapists, and medical and radiation oncologists. This ensures that every patient receives complete, expert, and compassionate care tailored to their individual needs.
