Whether it's a sudden illness, minor injury, or an urgent medical question, our providers are here to help you feel better faster with compassionate, coordinated care close to home.

Who We Serve

Your primary care provider and care team manage both chronic care and urgent medical issues. If your primary care team is unavailable, our Same-Day Access Clinic is available most days so you can be seen without delay.

For same-day pediatric access, please call your child's pediatrician's office directly.

Hours & Locations

The Same-Day Access Clinic offers appointments for the following hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Sunday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Same-Day Access Clinic providers are available on the weekdays in Epping, Kingston, and Plaistow, NH. Weekend appointments are offered out of Epping.

How To Access Same-Day Care

1. Call our Primary Care Centralized Line at 603-775-0000 to request a same-day appointment.
2. Tell the receptionist the nature of your symptoms and that you'd like same-day access.
3. You'll be scheduled at the earliest available time slot or directed to the same-day clinic if needed.
4. In many cases, services such as lab tests and X-rays can be ordered at the same visit.
